• Development and import substation of critical and high value machines and complete Automated Production line for the manufacture of batteries for the first time in india.
• Design, Engineering and Vendor development of special auxiliaries and components in application of Distribution Automation on components and manufacture of Batteries charges and SMPS.
• With domain and functional knowledge, successfully developed Purchase and Stores management modules in ERP package.
• Developed and Introduced Inventory control techniques of standardization and Codification.
